• To get the most out of your precious candle, allow the melt pool to reach the edge of the container every use
• Remove any packaging before burning
• Keep wax pool free of debris
• Burn within sight
• Burn 3-4 hours maximum per use on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Keep away from objects that catch fire
• Keep away from children and pets
• Let it cool completely before moving or relighting
• Stop burning when 1/2" wax remains
• Always trim wick to 1/4" before lighting
• Avoid drafty areas

If the item is available, delivery will take 1-2 days within Metro Manila and Rizal area subject to delivery fees of courier services such as Grab, Lalamove, etc. For orders outside Metro Manila and Rizal area, delivery will take 3-5 days with a fixed shipping fee of P200.00.

Here at Kula Soap and Candles, we try our absolute best to guarantee your satisfaction. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the item provided that it must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Return shipping charges are to be shouldered by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will notify you of your exchange, credit, or refund once we have processed the returned item.

 

If you received a wrong, broken, or defective item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately, with photos if necessary and we will gladly replace the product at our expense.
