Which payment methods do you accept?
Kula Soap and Candles currently accepts payments made through GCash, BDO, Metrobank, or BPI.
Once you have confirmed your order with us, we will provide you our bank details so you could proceed with the payment. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been made.
What is your return policy?
Our priority is to make sure you are happy with every single purchase. But if unfortunately, you are not satisfied with your order, please send it back within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the item provided that it must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Return shipping charges are to be shouldered by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will notify you of your exchange, credit, or refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
If you received a wrong, broken, or defective item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately, with photos if necessary and we will gladly replace the product at our expense.
Do you offer gift cards?
As of the moment, we don't offer gift cards, but will definitely consider this in the future!
What is your shipping policy?
All orders placed on this site are subject to availability, in the event that your chosen product is temporarily unavailable, please allow 6-8 days for your item to be delivered to you - to give time for product creation and curing. If the item is available, delivery will take 1-2 days within Metro Manila and Rizal area subject to delivery fees of courier services such as Grab, Lalamove, etc. For orders outside Metro Manila and Rizal area, delivery will take 3-5 days with a fixed shipping fee of P200.00.
Free shipping is valid on orders worth P1500 and above.
